
Chapter 1 -Reading Questions
This chapter focuses on the importance of reading questions properly and accurately.
The question needs to be understood first before the skills can be applied to answer it. That is, you will only know what skills you need AFTER you have understood the question. This is analogous to a mechanic who needs to understand the problem of the vehicle first before deciding on the tools he needs to repair it. Having said so, I am not implying that the skills themselves are not important, but reading a question well is certainly MORE crucial.
